Todd concentrates his practice in civil litigation involving bodily injury claims. His experience encompasses all aspects of litigation, including pre-lawsuit investigation and evaluation of accidents, all phases of discovery, motion practice and trial practice. Todd has tried over 50 injury cases to verdict, in State and Federal courts throughout Missouri and Illinois. Todd is also experienced in appellate practice, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
