Mark's primary focus is on complex commercial litigation, including fiduciary, shareholder, derivative, real estate, employment, banking and securities matters, and also significant personal injury and wrongful death cases.  He represents clients ranging from individuals to start-up companies, closely held businesses and publicly traded companies.  He has represented local and national banks, securities dealers, brokers and trust companies; hospitals, physician groups and DME companies; manufacturers, distributors, franchises and franchisees; and real estate developers, mortgage brokers and bankers, and insurance companies.

Mark's practice includes both plaintiff and defense work in state and federal courts, mediation and arbitration, as well as appearing before various regulatory and administrative bodies.  Mark also has significant appellate experience having prepared briefs and argued cases at the appellate level, as well as serving as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Duane Benton, Missouri Supreme Court.
