Elementary Girl Injured in School Construction

 

Albert Watkins was retained by the parents of an elementary school age daughter who sustained a fractured skull as the result of a construction accident occurring at the school while school was in session. Watkins negotiated a court approved settlement for the young girl in the high six figures, this despite the injuries sustained not being permanent in nature.
