Rare Art Seized for Debt
Albert Watkins repesented a multi-state bank holding company in complex collection litigation against a well-to-do defendant who had avoided payment of a significant obligation to the bank.
Watkins procured a high six figure judgment and orchestrated the videotaped, police-monitored entry into the residence with bonded movers and art experts over a holiday weekend and seized rare art, furniture and other assets to satisfy the judgment, while the judgment-debtor was present for the undertaking.
