Successfully Orchestrated Worldwide Recall

Albert Watkins was retained by a publicly traded company to handle and oversee the successful international recall of a defective device manufactured by the company.  The recall of the regulated device was implemented in conjunction and cooperation with federal regulatory authorities, involved world-wide publication of the recall, as well as tracking and retrofitting of the devices.  Additionally, Watkins handled all aspects of the SEC required disclosures corresponding to the successful recall.
